EXPLORE YOUR INTUITION
In this BONUS FRIDAY WORKSHOP we will take a deeper dive into how to access, refine and commit to a broader understanding of how to communicate with the field around us. Through discourse, movement and meditation followed by Q&A each participant will have an opportunity to explore the vastness that lies within them by revealing their innate claire abilities/intuition.
Please bring a yoga mat & bricks if you use and wear comfortable clothing. If you do not have a yoga mat one will be provided for you.
