In this sacred five-week unfolding, we move the body to still the mind- awakening the ancient language of the chakras,

from root to throat,

from earth to ether.

Each week we embody a new energy center- breathing life into what was dormant, shaking loose what does not serve, inviting presence where we have held resistance.

Through asana we remember:

to meditate is not to escape the body,

but to inhabit it fully-

to feel, to listen,

to let the wisdom of the body lead us home.
