All too often the transition from the busy to stillness is too contrasted leading the practitioner to believe 'I'm not good at this.' Through a foundation of aromatic anchors and breathing techniques one is encouraged to release stress, sharpen the connection to self, and hold more tranquil healing awareness.
The series includes videos with indispensable guidance for the resistances that inevitably come up, creating an understanding that you're not 'doing it wrong' but rather clearing out outdated information.
INWARD MEDITATION WELCOMES

Science has proven that when we meditate our body moves into a healing state. Our brain’s rational centre communicates with our brains emotional centre. When these two centres agree to relax, they relay this message to the endocrine system, releasing a flood of calming neurotransmitters and hormones, which soothes the entire body. The immune system then secretes its own molecules of information, some of which return to the brain, helping to complete this circuitry of healing.
A meditation practice helps you see and receive your highest vision, and stay closely connected to your heart’s mission.
I’ve created this audio meditation series for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

WHAT ABOUT MY RESISTANCE TO MEDITATION?
On a spiritual level this program takes the time to look at different 'spiritual myths' and resistances that for many create roadblocks to creating a regular solid routine of practice. For example, There is an understanding that meditation creates a linear path from practice to serene state. That we go from chaos into peace. However, like a Russian nesting doll the more we look the more we find. We get times of silence, expansiveness and light but then we are shown the places where we are hurt and where we have hurt others...then we get more moments of silence and light and are again filled with the capacity to be able to see more .- it’s a process. A forever process.In addition, each meditation is intelligently created to offer transitions from the business of life into the offering of silence. This is accomplished through specific, simple breathing techniques as well as plant medicine in the form of essential oils.

I encourage you to either follow the outline I just mentioned above or sit before you start and ask yourself ‘which meditation is needed for me on this day?’ Then choose the meditation of your choice and allow it to integrate with your being.
